I am a big fan of all things folklore and fairytale, and the Wendigo from First People’s history is one of those tales that continues to captivate me. This illustration is interpretive from the stories, though it is not intended to be accurate to them. Instead, my goal is to convey the eeriness of the night forest along with its beauty.
